The ability to communicate clear instructions in the classroom is a valuable skill, which must be developed like any other. Yet, too often this facility receives little attention in the context of training teachers. In part two of this two-part series, we will explore some best practices for delivering instructions, learn about differing techniques for directing students and get practical experience giving effective directions for a variety of activities.
